XPE Warranty

The XPE warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. This includes structural integrity of the hitch body, ball mount, and adjustment mechanisms under normal use conditions.

XPE towing products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, modifications, misuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, improper installation, or damage from accidents. Surface rust and scratches from regular use are considered normal wear.

Contact our support team with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the defect. We'll review your claim and provide instructions for return or replacement if approved.

If your warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

You'll need your original order confirmation email or receipt showing the date of purchase and product details. If purchased through our website, we can look up your order with your email address.
